Steps

1. From the Merchant dashboard, navigate to the settings menu then Points scheme. This section will display your points scheme policies.
2. Verify the points scheme is properly configured by checking the earning rules, eligible SKUs, exclusions, and redemption policies.
3. Add products eligible for points to the basket during the transaction.
4. Process the sale as usual, ensuring that:
   • The points awarded correspond to the scheme's earning rules
   • Excluded SKUs do not earn points
   • Limits and caps are respected
5. After the sale, check the customer's points balance or transaction details to verify correct points were added.
