(POS) How do I choose or switch between terminals?

Before you start: Once you log into Wollette POS, the terminals available to you are displayed.

If you operate more than one terminal, Wollette POS allows you to choose or switch between them easily. Follow the steps below to select the correct terminal for your shift or transaction activity.

• Make sure each terminal has a unique, easily identifiable name.
• Only authorised users should have access to terminal switching.
• If a terminal isn't showing, check your permissions or contact your admin.

Selecting a terminal

Steps

1. Select the desired terminal, then select your username and enter your pin as prompted.
2. Click Start new session or Continue session to enter the terminal.

What happens next

You will then be taken to the POS to start any transactions.

Switching terminals mid-session

Steps

1. To exit the terminal you are logged into, click the exit button.
2. Click Exit.

What happens next

You will then be taken back to the terminal log in screen to select a terminal and log in as prompted.
